By accessing or using KHORA (mywc.io) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and contributors.

You may create an account using an email and password, or via third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account, impersonate another user, or create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or exploit the platform's systems.

Content you post in the Agora forum or in news comments remains yours, but you grant KHORA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these standards without notice.

All original artwork, designs, piece sets, boards, stadiums, badges, icons, and code on KHORA are the property of their respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from KHORA's assets without explicit written permission.

Historical match data, player records, and tournament information are sourced from public records and are presented for informational and educational purposes.

Piece sets, boards, stadiums, badges, titles, and in-game currency (caps, millions) are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the platform. All items are earned through gameplay — there are no real-money purchases. We reserve the right to adjust item availability, progression rates, and reward values.

Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in chess matches, challenges, or the rivals ladder is prohibited. Intentional disconnection, stalling, or match manipulation will result in account penalties.

KHORA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that data will be preserved indefinitely. KHORA is not affiliated with FIFA, any football federation, confederation, or club.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Account data — username, email address, and password (securely hashed). If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your name and email from the provider; we do not store your social login password.
• Gameplay data — chess match results, Elo rating, collection progress, challenge completions, rivals division standing, and equipped cosmetics.
• Forum data — posts, comments, and reactions you create in the Agora forum and news comments.
• Usage data — pages visited, country selection preference, equipped items, and UI preferences stored in your browser's session and localStorage.

Your data is used solely to operate the platform — authenticate your account, save your game progress, display leaderboards and the rivals ladder, send transactional emails (welcome, verification, password reset), and improve the experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use third-party services for hosting, content delivery, and transactional email (welcome, verification, password reset). If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your name and email only — we do not access your contacts, repositories, or other account data.

We use Umami for analytics — a privacy-focused service that records aggregate page views, referrers, and general device and country information. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other websites.

No advertising networks and no tracking pixels are used on KHORA.

The “Support KHORA” link in the footer points to Ko-fi, an external donation platform. Nothing is shared with them unless you choose to follow that link, and donating is entirely optional — it unlocks no content and confers no advantage in any game.

KHORA uses session cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. We also use your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage for UI preferences such as equipped items, sound settings, navigation state, and chess board configuration. No third-party tracking cookies are used. No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking is performed.

All connections to KHORA are encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text. Session cookies are marked Secure and HttpOnly. We follow industry-standard security practices, but no system is perfectly secure — you use the platform at your own risk.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request complete account deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below. Upon deletion, your personal data (username, email, game history) will be permanently removed. Forum posts may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve conversation context.
